Job Summary:

Enterprise Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Solutions Architect to drive analysis and design activities for IT projects, working closely with the SAP Domain Lead to manage demand and solution delivery to time, quality and budget.

The successful candidate will be an expert in the SAP functional area, providing advice and technical support to client IT Teams, including third parties, ensuring SAP standards and guidelines are followed.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Understand complex requirements and identify SAP impacts and required system changes to drive business change.
  • Document system processes through diagramming.
  • SAP configuration in the required functional area.
  • Write functional specifications to explain required system changes with detail for ABAP programmers to develop from.
  • Functional unit testing of ABAP changes or configuration changes.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver SAP changes.
  • Implement system changes to production.
  • Warranty support of changes.

Requirements:

  • GREAT SAP Functional Experience in one of the Required SAP Modules for the Relevant SAP Domain: ERP Core, Customer Relationship Management, Retail & Commerce, Data & Analytics, Cross-Functional & Governance, Human Capital Management.
  • Curious Problem Solver to Understand How Current SAP Configuration Works and to Analyze SAP System Impacts to Arrive at a Solution to Meet Requirements.
  • Questioning Mindset to Dig Deeper into Requirements and Understand Real Problems Being Solved to Translate into Clear Functional Requirements.
  • Able to Explain Complex IT Concepts in Understandable Business Language.
  • Ownership to Drive and Deliver Changes to Production, or Investigate Defects to Resolution.
  • Able to Deal with Senior Stakeholders and Multiple Demands with Degree of Ambiguity.
  • Strong Commercial Acumen and 'Can Do' Attitude.
  • Able to Manage and Coordinate Changing Priorities, Understand 'What Good Looks Like', and Capable of Multi-Tasking.
