Technical Support Role

About the Role:

Hopewind, a global leader in renewable energy and electric drive products, seeks a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide on-site and remote technical support for our PCS/BESS product lines.

  • Complete regular on-site and remote technical support tasks, including product debugging, maintenance, and modification work.
  • Provide expert guidance on troubleshooting and resolving simple faults, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Manage and track on-site spare parts, guaranteeing uninterrupted operation of units.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Familiarize yourself with our PCS/BESS products' working principles, power distribution diagrams, and user manuals, providing training to customers as needed.
  • Adhere to company policies and report work promptly.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English as a working language.
  • Self-motivated mindset, able to plan effectively in ambiguous situations and prioritize action.
  • Prior experience in the energy storage industry, preferably with PCS and BESS knowledge.
  • Location: North India (preferable).
