About us

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Career Mentor to join our team.

This is a full-time remote job opportunity that requires 100% dedication and commitment.

As a Career Mentor, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their career goals and aspirations.

You will be responsible for guiding and supporting clients through various stages of their careers, from entry-level positions to senior leadership roles.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of work experience, a graduate degree from any discipline, and good English communication skills.

Prior knowledge of mentorship, teaching, coaching, or customer care is an added advantage.

Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of AI tools application.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide and support clients through various stages of their careers
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to help clients achieve their career goals
  • Mentor and coach clients on various aspects of career development
  • Provide feedback and guidance to clients on their performance and progress
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services

Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of work experience
  • Graduate degree from any discipline
  • Good English communication skills
  • Prior knowledge of mentorship, teaching, coaching, or customer care (added advantage)
  • Knowledge of AI tools application (preference)
