Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

Our team is seeking a seasoned D365 Commerce POS Functional Consultant to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for leading functional workshops to gather and analyze business requirements related to retail operations and POS systems.

You will also configure and customize D365 Commerce POS modules to meet client needs, collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other D365 modules, and provide end-to-end support during implementation phases including UAT, training, and go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient processes for configuring and customizing D365 Commerce POS modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to POS system integration.
  • Provide expert-level support to stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation of process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recommend enhancements to improve overall performance.
  • Support data migration and testing activities as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail.
  • Hands-on experience with D365 POS (Modern POS, Cloud POS, Store Commerce).
  • Strong understanding of retail business processes including sales, inventory, promotions, and customer management.
  • Experience with lifecycle services (LCS), Azure DevOps, and D365 configuration tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 Commerce or related modules preferred.
