Job Title: Agile Project Manager

Job Description

As a seasoned project manager with expertise in Scrum and Agile methodologies, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Guiding teams through Agile adoption and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles
  • Developing and managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, removing impediments, and ensuring timely delivery
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress, sprint velocity, and team performance
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and Agile/Scrum practices
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and change management
