Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager – Energy Storage Projects Technical Support to support clients in techno-commercial activities related to Energy Storage technical consulting services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting clients in techno-commercial activities related to the Energy Storage technical consulting services with a focus on emerging applications such as renewable integration, wind-solar hybrid projects with battery energy storage, eMobility, and EV battery swapping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detail engineering and bid support for solar/wind and energy storage projects
  • Provide design, solution support, and cost-benefit analysis for solar/wind plus storage hybrid tenders and microgrid
  • Perform ETAP simulations – load flow, short circuit analysis, and relay coordination
  • Conduct technical due diligence for solar/wind assets, energy storage projects
  • Manage vendors and make techno-commercial comparisons with different module, inverter, energy storage battery makes to obtain cost-effective solutions
  • Study technical specifications, warranties, and guarantees from OEMs and communicate with OEM for further queries/clarifications

Requirements

  • BE/B-Tech, M-Tech
  • 5-8 years of experience in technical engineering and design for solar and energy storage projects
  • In-depth understanding of PV, Wind, Battery technologies
  • Basic understanding of EMS and programming logic for Battery discharge/charge cycle
  • Disciplined, hardworking, high-energy professional with the ability to work under tight delivery schedules and ensure results with quality
  • A keen learner showing enthusiasm towards diversity learning in electrical engineering
