Job Overview
We are seeking a Territory Sales Incharge to oversee and manage the sales operations in the designated territory. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, and expanding the company's market presence in the territory.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent negotiation and sales closing skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth in the territory
- Conduct market research and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and achievements
- Train and support the sales team to ensure product knowledge and effective selling techniques
