Drive Sales Growth in Raipur

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to drive sales and market share growth for our product lines in Raipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the FMCG sector and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and provide feedback.
  • Identify training needs for the sales team and facilitate relevant training programs.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
  • Address customer queries and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular visits to key accounts to strengthen relationships and drive sales.

Market Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns.

Inventory and Distribution Management

  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Oversee the distribution network to ensure broad market coverage.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Raipur market and surrounding regions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market share growth.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
