Drive Sales Growth in Raipur
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to drive sales and market share growth for our product lines in Raipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the FMCG sector and exceptional leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats.
Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and provide feedback.
- Identify training needs for the sales team and facilitate relevant training programs.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular visits to key accounts to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
Market Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns.
Inventory and Distribution Management
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Oversee the distribution network to ensure broad market coverage.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of the Raipur market and surrounding regions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market share growth.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
