About the Role:

As a Business Advisory Manager, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our processes align with industry best practices and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead risk analysis across business functions to identify gaps and areas for improvement
  • Create process efficiencies that drive business impact
  • Assist in building and executing internal audit and ERM frameworks
  • Partner with functional heads to maintain risk registers and support mitigation plans
  • Monitor emerging risks, especially in areas such as data privacy, cyber security, and regulatory compliance
  • Liaise with external auditors, legal, and compliance teams as needed
  • Participate in standardization automation projects to enhance process efficiency

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience; Chartered Accountant or Post-Graduate in Finance
  • Strong first principles thinking and business acumen
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
