Lead Visual Designer

We are seeking a seasoned visual designer to craft and evolve the comprehensive visual identity of our brand across all touchpoints, encompassing digital interfaces, marketing materials, video content, print collateral, and more.

This is an opportunity to shape how the world perceives and experiences our brand. You will be the creative driving force behind our visual identity, working collaboratively across disciplines to ensure every pixel, frame, and printed piece accurately reflects our innovation and expertise.

You will develop stunning visuals, produce or orchestrate video content that brings our platform to life, and foster design's influence across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and maintaining our complete visual language system across all mediums - digital, UI, video, print, and emerging platforms
  • Designing and producing high-quality marketing materials, including pitch decks, website pages, product demos, case studies, and sales enablement content
  • Owning the creative direction for brand and thought leadership videos
  • Ensuring brand consistency across every customer touchpoint

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of visual design experience with a portfolio showcasing diverse, high-impact work, and a proven track record designing for B2B/enterprise software or technology companies.

Bonus points for experience with emerging design technologies and an understanding of how AI can help a brand elevate its presence.
