Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Visual Lead to drive our design function and bring innovative ideas to the forefront.

As a senior member of our team, you will lead the creative design process for branding, social media, campaigns, and marketing materials. You will conceptualize and create engaging designs that align with brand strategy and client objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

You will supervise junior designers and freelancers, providing guidance and feedback. Additionally, you will stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry standards to maintain a fresh and modern creative output.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creative design process for branding, social media, campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Conceptualize and create engaging designs that align with brand strategy and client objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Supervise junior designers and freelancers, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of professional experience in a design role, preferably in an agency setup.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital creatives, and campaign design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and UI/UX will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with strategy and business goals.
