About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Visual Creative Lead to spearhead our design efforts. This individual will be responsible for driving creative excellence and overseeing the development of visually stunning campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Creative Visionary: Develop and execute innovative visual strategies that meet client needs and drive business results.
  2. Talent Development: Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.
  3. Communication Expert: Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  4. Portfolio Management: Maintain a well-curated work portfolio that showcases skills and experience.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with account managers to understand client objectives and develop design briefs that meet their needs.
  6. Innovative Thinking: Think creatively to produce new and innovative ideas that exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in design
  • Experience working for a variety of brands/products or services across various industries
  • Extremely proficient in Illustrator & Photoshop
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to function in a fast-paced environment
