Process Transformation Specialist

Embark on a career as a Process Transformation Specialist where you will spearhead the implementation and optimization of enterprise-wide process modeling, analysis, and improvement initiatives. This role is an integral part of SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.


  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and document business processes using SAP Signavio tools to ensure consistency and scalability.
    • Conduct workshops to discover and model current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) processes, applying BPMN 2.0 standards.
    • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities using Signavio Process Intelligence.
  • Implementation & Integration:
    • Configure and deploy SAP Signavio modules based on business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, ECC, and other enterprise systems.
    • Set up centralized process repositories with governance and variant handling, supporting integration with SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, and Business Technology Platform (BTP).
  • Governance & Optimization:
    • Establish and roll out process modeling standards and governance frameworks, leading process transformation initiatives aligned with strategic business goals.
    • Collaborate with enterprise architects, business leads, and transformation teams for fit-gap analysis and optimization.
  • Training & Support:
    • Deliver training sessions and onboarding workshops for business users and analysts, providing technical support during UAT, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
    • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for process performance monitoring.
