Business Analysis Specialist

This role will involve leading strategic initiatives and ensuring successful implementation of change across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements that require change within the organisation.
  • Development of business requirements that will address business problems and opportunities.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
Expectations:
  • Will have an impact on the work of related teams within the area.
  • Partner with other functions and business areas.
  • Takes responsibility for end results of a team's operational processing and activities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills using SQL and Excel to work with large datasets and perform impact analysis on credit risk metrics. A finance background is essential, along with knowledge of accounting principles. Experience in the risk domain, particularly counterparty credit risk, is desirable.

A strong organizational structure is necessary as one will be working on multiple projects simultaneously and need to effectively manage priorities which may change rapidly.

Candidates with a testing background but interested in transitioning into Business Analysis are welcome if they meet the required qualifications.
