Job Title: Senior Technical Quality Assurance Specialist
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the quality assurance efforts to ensure high-quality product deliveries. This includes collaborating with the engineering team to understand product architecture and functionality, identifying, documenting, and tracking defects, and working closely with the development team to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure that products meet the required standards of quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance overall quality.
- Lead testing efforts for complex software applications, ensuring that all features and functionalities are thoroughly tested.
- Identify and document defects, providing clear and concise reports to the development team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in functional and automation testing of SaaS products, with a focus on technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of improving quality metrics through effective testing strategies and process improvements.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, such as Selenium or Appium.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
