Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the search engine optimization strategy and execution for our healthcare websites.

This role requires expertise in technical SEO, AI-driven search engine optimization, and content creation. The successful candidate will work closely with doctors, content writers, and marketing teams to develop medically accurate, SEO-optimized content that drives lead generation and revenue.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing SEO strategies to improve search visibility across Google Search, Bing, and AI-driven search engines.
  • Conducting regular keyword research and optimizing websites for Search Generative Experience (SGE) and AI answer engines.
  • Maintaining a competitive SEO advantage in the hospital sector.
  • Collaborating with doctors and content writers to create high-quality, SEO-optimized content.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy & Implementation

    Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search visibility.

    Conduct regular keyword research.

    Optimize websites for SGE and AI answer engines.

    Maintain a competitive SEO advantage.

2. Technical SEO

    Conduct in-depth technical audits and implement fixes.

    Ensure mobile-first optimization and compliance with Google Healthcare content guidelines.

    Implement advanced schema to enhance AI search inclusion.

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

    Track daily/weekly rankings for key target keywords.

    Monitor traffic, CTR, conversions, and revenue impact.

    Provide actionable insights to the SEO Manager.

4. Content Optimization

    Collaborate with doctors and content writers to create medically accurate content.

    Identify AI search trends and integrate into content strategy.

    Ensure all medical content follows E-E-A-T guidelines.

5. Revenue & Lead Coordination

    Work closely with the Contact Center to track SEO-generated leads.

    Optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates.

    Support call-to-action strategies to drive appointment bookings and inquiries.
