About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Living Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and at least 23-28 years of experience in project management. A bachelor's degree in engineering or an MBA (full-time) is required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing multistorey group housing projects, analyzing and approving estimates, and ensuring timely delivery. They will also lead a team of project management engineers and audit project compliances according to relevant codes and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute multistorey group housing projects, including planning, estimation, scheduling, team selection, quality control, and cost control.
- Analyze and approve estimates, labor rates, item rates, and monitor construction costs.
- Develop and implement methods, construction checklists, and conduct periodic audits at site to ensure adherence to construction guidelines and standards.
- Lead a team of project management engineers, hire, coach, and mentor them.
- Audit project compliances according to relevant BIS Codes and NBC guidelines, building byelaws, environmental laws, and labor laws.
- Ensure optimal strength of man, material, and machine on site for timely delivery and monitor daily and monthly reports with periodic site visits.
Requirements
- Civil engineering background with 23-28 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or MBA (full-time).
- Minimum 5-7 years of site execution experience.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to build and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
