Salesforce Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Development Manager to lead CRM initiatives and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead CRM product initiatives aligned with business objectives
  • Average Agile methodologies to manage EPICs and user stories
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap
  • Guide the optimal use of the Salesforce platform and CRM best practices
  • Manage onshore/offshore squads and ensure smooth team collaboration
  • Identify and allocate resources to fill delivery gaps
  • Manage supplier records and ensure compliance
  • Travel as needed for project or team requirements
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Strong product mindset and excellent Agile management skills
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders in both onshore and offshore environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
