We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill a dynamic role in our mortgage underwriting team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3.5 years of relevant underwriting experience, with a strong understanding of credit report reviews, debt-to-income ratio assessments, loan-to-value ratio evaluations, asset calculations, and PITI reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate borrower profiles using the 4 Cs of Credit – Character, Capacity, Capital, and Collateral.
  • Work on both UK Mortgage and US Mortgage underwriting, including income calculation, DTI assessment, LTV evaluation, and asset review.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and decision-making.
