Administrative Services Director

About the Role:
Republic World is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Director to lead our support functions, including logistics, transportation, supply chain management, project management, office management, and other administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics and Supply Chain Management:
- Oversight of logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and resources.
- Development and implementation of supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaboration with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.
Transportation:
- Coordination of transportation activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitoring of transportation costs and identification of opportunities for improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Project Management:
- Planning, execution, and finalization of projects according to deadlines and within budget.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Management of project documentation and reporting.
Office Management:
- Oversight of daily office operations to ensure a productive work environment.
- Management of office supplies, equipment, and vendor contracts.
- Implementation of office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Administrative Support:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior management and teams.
- Assistance in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Maintenance of records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Security Management:
- Coordination with security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the office premises.
- Development and enforcement of security protocols and emergency procedures.
- Conducting regular security assessments and addressing any vulnerabilities.
Housekeeping Management:
- Oversight of housekeeping services to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office.
- Implementation of standards for cleanliness and ensuring compliance by housekeeping staff.
- Management of schedules and supplies for housekeeping activities.
Cafeteria Management:
- Oversight of cafeteria operations to ensure quality food service and hygiene standards.
- Collaboration with vendors to plan menus and manage food inventory.
- Gathering feedback from employees to enhance cafeteria offerings and services.
Estimated Salary Range:$80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
