Job Title: Pre Engineering Building Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume responsibility for the design, detailing and project management of pre-engineered buildings.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Design & Detailing:
      • Develop designs and detailed drawings based on architectural plans and building codes.
      • Evaluate structural integrity and load capacity of structures.
      • Perform calculations and analysis to ensure safety and efficiency.
    • Project Management & Execution:
      • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
      • Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
      • Oversee on-site erection and installation of pre-engineered building structures.
      • Implement and enforce safety protocols.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the lifecycle of pre-engineered buildings.
  • Strong knowledge of pre-engineered systems, structural analysis, steel design, fabrication, and detailing.
  • Proficiency in CAD and structural analysis software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
