Job Title: Building Information Management Specialist

Job Description
As a seasoned professional, we are seeking an experienced Building Information Management (BIM) specialist to join our team. This key role is responsible for providing comprehensive project management services on various facility engineering projects.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain and update the BIM Execution Plan in collaboration with the Digital Delivery Manager, stakeholders, and clients.
- Implement BIM methodology in projects according to established requirements and standards.
- Regularly review model quality and ensure compliance with BIM requirements outlined in the BIM Manual/Standards.
- Prepare comprehensive quality check reports and status reports based on BIM data transfer.
- Develop and implement project-specific training as needed.
- Organize, initiate, and document BIM meetings (BIM Audit).
- Conduct test runs to validate model contents.
- Ensure complete BIM implementation in projects through coordination and management.
- Manage and update BIM issues on the BIM collaboration platform.
- Serve as an interface and maintain ongoing coordination between the Digital Delivery Manager and Discipline BIM Leads.
- Guarantee timely and complete delivery of BIM services.
- Develop BIM models and maintain model coordination space within the ACC.
- Set up initial BIM models for new projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from a reputable university or institute.
- Minimum 7-10 years of project management experience, preferably in the consulting industry.
- Proven track record of supporting big facility projects in a project engineer role from conceptual design phase through commissioning is essential.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable but not mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in developing project schedules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
