Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our building systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in engineering, maintenance and facilities management with strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Safety and Maintenance: Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations and company directives by conducting regular inspections of mechanical, electrical and equipment systems.
  • Facilities Operations: Oversee all building systems including fire/life safety, plumbing, HVAC and electrical issues and develop/maintain effective Asset specific maintenance and safety procedure manuals.
  • Maintenance Staff Management: Supervise maintenance staff and assign/monitor maintenance projects for them.
  • Inventory Control: Implement and administer inventory control programs/purchase parts and supplies.
  • Contract Management: Coordinate development of and/or maintain the as-built drawing library and supervise contract landscaping, janitorial and contract security personnel.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil) with 8-10 years of experience or Any Graduate with relevant FM experience.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Predictive/Preventive/Protective Maintenance Approaches for Building Systems, Excellent Communication Skills.
