This role plays a pivotal part in securing high-value contracts. You will support the bid lifecycle by researching, strategising and crafting compelling proposals that showcase our capabilities and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end bid process from opportunity identification through to final submission, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
  • Conduct research to influence new business opportunities and create impact on business proposals.
  • Develop winning strategies that clearly articulate our value proposition, model benefits, AI and creative capabilities.
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Implement AI in research tasks and day-to-day activities.
  • Craft impactful case studies, storytelling decks and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers.
  • Maintain a library of high-quality case studies, credentials and proposal assets to accelerate future bids.
  • Ensure bid governance, quality assurance and adherence to standards.
  • Track bid performance metrics, analyse win/loss trends and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in bid management, proposal writing or business development within creative agencies, marketing services or integrated communications.
  • Proven success in winning large-scale, multi-market contracts.
  • Exceptional storytelling, content writing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with AI, automation tools, MS Office Suite and familiarity with agency workflows.
  • Understanding of marketing delivery channels (digital, content, social, video production, tech-enabled marketing).
  • Experience with procurement portals.
