Job Title: Visual Creative Specialist
The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Creative Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visual assets in accordance with brand requirements, laying the groundwork for our expansion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create engaging visual content such as banners, product images, GIFs, emailers, and creatives for multiple retention campaigns that align with our brand language.
- Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to design creatives for retention and acquisition platforms.
- Conceptualize innovative ideas for online campaigns and promotions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver respective creatives at pace and optimum quality.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of professional experience, preferably in a D2C brand.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills, and familiarity with tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- A portfolio showcasing design skills with recent work.
- Proficiency with various formats, including 2D statics, GIFs, videos, etc.
- Sensibility for beautiful typography, design systems, and minimalism with attention to details.
- Knowledge of current design trends in D2C brands and marketing.
- Good time management and ability to multitask and collaborate across teams.
