About this role

We are seeking a talented visual art specialist to elevate our digital presence.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping and maintaining our company's visual identity across all digital platforms. This includes creating engaging social media content, intuitive web icons, and upholding our global brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-volume, platform-specific visual assets for social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and others.
  • Collaborate with the social media and content marketing teams to develop visual strategies for campaigns, product launches, and evergreen content.
  • Maintain an organized asset library for all social media visuals.

Additional responsibilities include designing and creating custom icons for our corporate websites, web applications, and digital products, as well as ensuring visual consistency and integrity across all internal and external materials worldwide.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • A strong and diverse online portfolio showcasing work in social media design, icon design, and branding.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Demonstrable experience in designing for various social media platforms and understanding their unique requirements.
  • Impeccable understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
  • Motion graphics and video editing skills are a significant plus.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how design translates to the web.
