Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and execute integrated branded-content and sponsorship solutions for business-to-business (B2B) and enterprise clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and convert business opportunities across branded content, sponsored editorial, whitepapers, and live activations.
  • Design marketing packages combining editorial, digital amplification, and on-ground activation.
  • Negotiate and close deals with existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with creative and editorial teams to create impactful plans.
  • Maintain relationships with clients throughout the entire process from briefs to solution structuring.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor analysis to contribute to product evolution.

Core Skills:

Required skills include:

  • 4-8 years of corporate sales experience in B2B events/sponsorships or B2B media/branded content.
  • A proven track record of closing revenue-generating deals.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft concise proposals and presentations.
  • A high level of curiosity, coachability, and emotional intelligence.
  • The ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders under deadlines.

Typical Background:

  • Events/Sponsorship Specialist: Strong relationships with sponsors, experience structuring activation P&Ls, good at on-ground logistics and sponsor fulfillment. Expected to accelerate revenue through experiential and sponsorship-led packs.
  • B2B Media/Branded-Content Specialist: Strong at packaging editorial/digital solutions, briefing editorial/creative teams. Expected to accelerate campaign readiness and quality of content-led offerings.
