IT Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional with 6+ years of experience in software sales to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT industry.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Pursue and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their IT needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to close deals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential growth areas and niches within the IT sector.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications may be beneficial).
  • Proven experience in IT sales, business development, or a related role within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
