About this Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our client base within the Recruitment & Staffing industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to generate new business and manage accounts independently.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within Recruitment, Staffing, HR Consulting, or Talent Solutions industry.
  • Strong networking skills with existing corporate connections.

What You'll Do:

  1. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with clients to drive growth and revenue.
  2. Manage existing accounts and develop strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Target-driven and self-motivated individual with a proven track record in Business Development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
