Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key IT accounts.
As an Account Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring timely delivery of services. You will work closely with sales and recruitment teams to translate client goals into actionable delivery plans.
The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in account management or business development in the IT services or consulting industry. They should have a proven track record of revenue growth outcomes and strong stakeholder management skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of experience in account management or business development in the IT services or consulting industry
- Proven revenue growth outcomes and strong stakeholder management skills
- Contract management, negotiation, and billing/invoicing exposure
- Working knowledge of SDLC/Agile and IT hiring cycles
