  • Must have prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Should possess knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, and key HR contacts
  • Gaining a sound understanding of assigned businesses to anticipate future recruitment needs
  • Ensure effective communication with hiring managers and senior stakeholders through regular updates and insights
  • Act as a key contact point for recruitment queries/issues within the RPO team
  • Analyze and communicate recruitment trends, results, and insights to drive future activity and improve compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field
  • 8+ Years in Search / RPO Firms OR Excellent Communication Skills with Strong Zeal to Nurture a Career in RPO space
