Talent Acquisition Professional

Are you looking for a dynamic role where you can make a real impact? As a Talent Acquisition Professional, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for our clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and take on new challenges every day. You will work closely with Recruitment Account Managers and Recruitment Managers to support the client's recruitment life cycle.

  • Collaborate with contractors and consultants to provide timely updates on contracts.
  • Support the HR Manager with the onboarding of newly hired employees.
  • Create and maintain effective spreadsheets to track various items, such as issue logs, interview logs, job posting logs, candidate logs, and action item logs.
  • Attend team meetings and client meetings.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve goals and objectives.
