Job Description

HR Recruiter – Full-Time 

Location: Dhantoli, Nagpur

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000/month ( based on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:45 PM

Work Mode: On-site (No Work from Home)

What You'll Do :

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams to understand hiring needs.
  • Draft and post job descriptions across platforms to attract qualified talent.
  • Lead training sessions with team.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.
  • Coordinate with HR Manager regarding HR Ops works.

What we are looking for :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Familiarity with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Knowledge of job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation abilities
  • Basic understanding of hiring trends and market dynamics
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
