We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of analyzing business operations and identifying areas for improvement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze business operations to identify areas for enhancement and develop recommendations to drive performance growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of strategies.
- Prioritize and execute initiatives with a specialized team of business analysts, driving quality enhancements and nurturing newer team members.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in HEDIS and proficiency in communication and presentation skills.
