Business Analyst CPQ Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in implementing and optimizing our Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solution.
This role requires collaboration with various teams including Sales, Contracts, Order Management, Finance, and IT to streamline processes and ensure systems meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable CPQ solutions.
- Document workflows and system architecture for improved efficiency.
- Configure and manage CPQ components including product/pricing rules, approvals, templates, digital signatures, workflows, and UI changes.
- Coordinate testing efforts to ensure seamless integration.
- Maintain accurate system documentation and operating instructions.
- Evaluate solutions against business requirements and compliance standards.
- 10+ years of experience in systems analysis and implementation (ERP/CRM/Quote-to-Cash).
- 5+ years of working with Sales teams on CRM/CPQ projects.
- Hands-on expertise with Apttus CPQ (Product, Pricing, Approvals).
- Advanced Salesforce administration (Profiles, Workflows, Process Builder).
- Familiarity with Salesforce development (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning).
- Salesforce and CPQ certifications are a plus.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
