Job Title: Business Insights Analyst

As a seasoned data analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering actionable insights and leadership assessments to clients through our internal and external platforms.

  • Collect project requirements, set up and deliver assessments/simulations, configure reporting, and generate results.
  • Consolidate scores from various tools to maintain accurate databases.
  • Analyze scores to develop industry benchmarks and norms for diverse markets.
  • Design informative dashboards using MS Power Apps, Tableau, or PowerBI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders through clear and structured messaging.
  • Collaborate with various teams to drive projects forward.
  • Identify innovative approaches to enhance current processes.
  • Operate independently with strong domain knowledge, understanding primary/secondary research, survey methodology, and client products.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, provide timely updates, and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Deliver high-quality work while adhering to strict timelines.
  • Perform multi-tasking to ensure seamless project completion.
  • Develop problem-solving and analytical skills to create actionable insights from data.
  • Contribute to training junior analysts and support consulting assignments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills to extract valuable insights from data.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (text functions, math functions, statistical functions, and information functions).
  • Ability to construct and modify tables in presentations using the Excel interface.
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint features, including slide orientation, transitions, PDF conversion, backgrounds, and layouts.
  • Knowledge of statistic functions like mean, median, mode, correlation, variance, standard deviation, and regression.
  • Preferred knowledge of Tableau for data visualization.
