We are seeking an exceptional Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.

About the Role
  • Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets from various sources across the organization.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present key findings and inform business decisions.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements through data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored analyses.
  • Evaluate the integrity, accuracy, and adherence to data governance policies.
  • Document data processes, methodologies, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field (minimum requirement).
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of working experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language and data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and matplotlib.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and machine learning concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
