Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Insights Analyst to join our team. As a pivotal link between data, clients, and industry insights, you will be instrumental in delivering precise and actionable solutions that empower strategic decision-making.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to extract valuable insights from complex data sets and present them in a clear, concise manner. A strong understanding of market research methodologies and tools is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Perform quantitative and qualitative research based on project requirements, utilizing various market research databases, tools, and methodologies.
  • Data Compilation and Reporting: Compile data and prepare reports/deliverables related to the project, covering in-depth understanding of emerging trends, market assessment, and other factors influencing the concerned product/service.
  • Pattern Identification and Solution Offering: Analyze and interpret project data to identify patterns and offer solutions/consultation to clients.
  • Team Support: Support other consultants/analysts in the organization to deliver optimum results for a project.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients to keep them updated regarding project status, deliverables, and other related information.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Moderate discussions with industry stakeholders – CXOs, Directors, VPs based on project requirements.
  • Competitor and Customer Profiling: Prepare detailed competitor profiles, customer profiles, and associated reports including operational, financial, and corporate data.
  • Benchmarking Reports: Prepare competitive benchmarking reports (technical and financial).
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other assigned tasks based on project requirements and client deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's/bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or related discipline.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience working with data in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
