Human Resources Manager Job Description

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. This role involves talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and HRIS administration.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and select top talent to join the organization, collaborating with senior management to fill open positions in a timely manner.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent through various recruiting channels.
  • Maintain a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience and seamless integration into the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits:
