Senior Salesforce Test Engineer Job Description

We seek a skilled professional with experience in quality assurance and testing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in manual and automation testing, a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), and hands-on experience working with Agile teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans for Salesforce applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  • Analyze and report test results, identifying areas for improvement
  • Maintain knowledge of Salesforce releases, updates, and best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 7 years of QA/testing experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce testing and 2+ years in Field Service Lightning
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Classic and Lightning
  • Working knowledge of Jira, TestRail, ALM, or similar test management tools
  • Proficiency with test automation tools such as Selenium or Tosca
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant)
