As a seasoned administrator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Salesforce platform. This dynamic position is ideal for a skilled professional who can balance hands-on configuration, system administration, and declarative or programmatic development.

About the Opportunity

You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs, foster user adoption, maintain data integrity, and develop scalable solutions that directly impact the productivity and efficiency of our global Sales and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary admin for our Salesforce org (~500 users)
  • Perform standard admin tasks: user management, roles, permissions, dashboards, flows, validation rules, and audits
  • Design and implement scalable solutions using Flows, Apex, custom objects, and Lightning components
  • Customize and support managed packages such as Salesforce CPQ, and others
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional, technical, and scalable solutions
  • Own full development lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, and maintain features
  • Monitor system health, plan releases, and perform regression testing
  • Provide training and support to end-users, maintain documentation, and promote best practices
  • Work independently and proactively suggest improvements and optimizations
