Job Summary:

We are seeking a
Senior Salesforce Developer
to lead the design, development, and deployment of customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce configuration, and integration techniques. You'll work closely with technical leads, business analysts, and other developers to build scalable, high-performance Salesforce applications that drive business success.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using
    Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL
    .
  • Design and implement complex business
    logic, workflows, triggers, batch jobs, and schedules
    .
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Build and manage
    integrations
    between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
  • Maintain and refactor existing code to improve quality, performance, and maintainability.
  • Ensure high code quality through
    unit testing, test coverage, and code reviews.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and new tools/features.

  • Support and mentor junior developers and admins as needed.

  • Required Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong experience with:
  • Apex (classes, triggers, batch processes)
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura
  • Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)
  • Data modeling and SOQL/SOSL
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform limitations, governor limits, and security/sharing model.
  • Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD tools, and DevOps practices.

  • Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.

  • Preferred Qualifications:
    Salesforce Certifications:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)
  • Other relevant certs (App Builder, JavaScript Developer I, etc.)
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, unlocked packages, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins for release management.
  • Experience integrating with third-party platforms or enterprise systems.
