Job Title: Vice President Commercial Leasing

We are seeking a seasoned commercial leasing professional with 10-15 years of experience to lead our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Manage and mentor your team to achieve sales targets, implement policies related to work, health, and safety, and ensure the well-being of all employees.
  • Business Development: Develop creative sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and participate in large transactions to drive revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Building: Regularly interact with clients to build confidence, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key milestones, identify gaps, and take corrective action to ensure Key Results Achieved (KRAs) are met.
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to team members when required to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in commercial leasing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate teams.
