Lead Product Designer

This is a senior-level product design role responsible for driving product innovation and delivering high-quality designs that meet user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee design execution from concept to final product, ensuring alignment with strategic vision and technical feasibility.
  • Presents ideas and strategies effectively to team members and stakeholders, aligning cross-functional teams and driving the design vision forward.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Collaborative partner with strong communication skills, able to work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers.
  • Systematic thinker skilled in developing and refining scalable design systems for consistency across products.
  • Accessibility advocate passionate about embedding accessibility and inclusive design principles into products.
  • User-centric professional prioritizing user needs throughout the product development cycle.
Preferred Skills:
  • 7+ years of end-to-end product design experience with a robust portfolio showcasing user-centred design solutions.
  • Expertise in UX and visual design, delivering high-quality designs that meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Domain experience in designing for B2B, enterprise, or platform applications is highly desirable.
