Senior Product Manager

Description:

Pioneer in Inventory Automation and Optimization initiatives within our organization.

  • Develop end-to-end product strategy for supply chain optimization, focusing on Customer Inputs Management, Inventory Planning, and Channel Share Management.
  • Build scalable solutions for weekly deep-dive analytics on inventory metrics, including Stock Availability (SoROOS) and Lost in Stock (LIS).
  • Design systematic approaches for seasonal inventory planning, including new launch estimates, promotion planning, and event readiness.
  • Develop automated solutions for tracking and optimizing channel share adherence across various channels.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and implement scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Own product roadmap with clear success metrics and deliverables.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder relationships across multiple business units.
  • Drive change management in a traditional business environment.

Face exciting challenges that require innovative thinking. Build processes from scratch in an ambiguous environment. Create automated solutions where manual processes currently exist. Balance short-term wins with long-term scalable solutions.
