About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional product leader to spearhead our B2B business growth strategy. This role will involve defining and executing the product roadmap, ensuring seamless integration with developer platforms, and delivering an outstanding end-to-end customer experience.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development, a proven track record of driving innovation, and excellent leadership skills.
  • They will be responsible for empowering businesses of all sizes to onboard onto our platform with minimal friction, building robust developer solutions, and creating a differentiated product offering that meets the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute the product strategy, including defining product roadmaps, setting priorities, and allocating resources.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, data science, and design, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of products.
  3. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and learning within the team, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, engineers, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years of product experience, with a strong focus on B2B product development and leadership.
  • Proven track record of driving innovation, delivering successful products, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Requirements
  • Experience building products from scratch, with a strong understanding of the development process, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Ability to own and lead strategy for lines of business, with a strong focus on driving growth, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
