Job Description

A Senior Account Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth in allocated bank branches through effective relationship management, strategic planning, and execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with internal teams and channel partners, and executing business plans effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth in allocated bank branches by identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and executing plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, channel partners, and customers to ensure seamless delivery of sales goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement to optimize sales performance.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills of branch staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of financial services industry and insurance products.
