Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Systems team. As a critical member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting, enhancing and expanding our Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, CPQ and integrated apps). This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable with hands-on configuration, system administration and declarative or programmatic development.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary admin for our Salesforce org (~500 users)
  • Perform standard admin tasks: user management, roles, permissions, dashboards, flows, validation rules and audits
  • Develop and maintain scalable solutions using Flows, Apex, custom objects and Lightning components
  • Customize and support managed packages such as Salesforce CPQ and others
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional technical and scalable solutions
  • Own full development lifecycle: design build test deploy and maintain features
  • Perform regular system health checks release planning and regression testing
  • Train end-users maintain documentation and champion best practices

You will be responsible for managing the entire Salesforce development lifecycle from conception through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
