Strategic Sourcing Manager

At the core of our procurement strategy lies the position of a Strategic Sourcing Manager. This individual is tasked with overseeing the entire sourcing process, from identifying and evaluating potential suppliers to negotiating contracts that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Management: Analyze and manage costing data for various products, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Cost-Saving Initiatives: Identify and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize our purchasing power.
  • RFQ Management: Request quotations based on project or production requirements, carefully evaluating the responses to select the best option.
  • Negotiation and Finalization: Negotiate with suppliers/vendors to finalize pricing and contracts that meet our needs.
  • Supplier Selection and Management: Select reliable sources for materials and manage their performance to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
  • Cost Settlement: Manage the settlement of costs with suppliers to guarantee alignment with agreed terms.
Required Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in parts sourcing, particularly in Metal/Non-Metal and Rubber/Plastics Raw Material domains.
