Job Description

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of expense management and experience with configuring policies, fixing issues, testing new features, and building reports.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise on expense best practices, working with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency, and leading expense workstreams to design, configure, test, and deploy business processes and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support and development for the expense module, including configuration, integrations, data transmission, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure data accuracy and seamless ongoing enhancements of new features and functionality.
  • Participate in releases, assessing new features and recommending adoption strategies.
  • Responsible for thorough testing and analysis of new features and functionality.
  • Experience with custom reports and dashboards in SaaS or enterprise systems.
  • Strong analytical, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical audiences and business users.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience with proficiency in expense management.
  • Excellent knowledge of expense configuration, security administration, business process configuration, and integration development.
  • Proven functional expertise in expense management.
  • Participate in releases, assessing new features and recommending adoption strategies.
  • Experience with custom reports and dashboards.
  • Ability to customize the expense module.
